Faculty Training
Selecting and training the starting faculty for the school is a very critical step. Level 1 and Level 2/3 instructors require very specific talents. Dr. Santiago and John continuously consulted one another as the selection and training of the teaching staff was finalized before the arrival of the IMTF executive who will screen all recommended faculty and conduct the week-long training. Consultation with the incoming administrators of iPhFT is also in the agenda. Training week begins.
